Denise Fadina, Founder and Director
Hello! My name is Denise Fadina, Founder and Director of Bright Future Child Care Center. I am a mother of two, Gabbie 17yrs and Gio 13yrs. I have been married to my college sweetheart Reese for 19yrs. In the 5th year of running an award-winning child care program, we have opened our first child care center!
Previous to founding Bright Future Child Care, I have more than a decade of professional experience in working with children and families in the Twin Cities. While in both the Education Services and Religious Organization sectors, and previously in the role of administrator/director for non-profit organizations, I found a love for connecting with families and focusing on the cultivation of each child. My next step was clear, and the decision was made to move from employee to owner in 2019 and begin my own path in Early Childhood Education.
Lots of hard work has gone into building a high-quality, award-winning program. I have partnered with many organizations over the years such as: Think Small, mnaeyc-mnsaca, Parent Aware, First Children’s Finance and more. Overall I believe, Bright Future Child Care Center has a just that, a bright future!
Fun Fact: I love to travel and all things coffee!

Jameliah Johnson, Co-Owner, Assistant Director
Hello!! My name is Jameliah Johnson, co-owner and assistant director of Bright Future Child Care Center. I have been married to my amazing husband, Julius, for 10 years and I am a mother to two young boys, Maverick (8) and Justice (4). I bring over a decade of professional experience in early childhood and youth education. I hold an A.A.S. in Early Childhood Education and have worked in various roles across the education system, from classroom aide to overseeing programs.
My passion lies in nurturing young children, believing that a positive educational experience from the start fosters a lifelong love for learning and growth. I am committed to connecting with families, building a vibrant community, and guiding them through the foundational years of their children’s learning journey!
Fun Fact: I love to crochet and I love cinnamon pita chips!
